WHY
CHOOSE US?
50 YEARS OF
EXPERIENCE

HOW WE
CAN HELP

John and Mike have a combined 50 plus years of Social Security experience. We know all too well the inner workings of the Retirement, Survivor, Post Entitlement (after you’ve received your benefits), and Disability claims process. We agreed on a handshake that we wanted to put a personal spin on our approach to dealing with the public who saw the Federal Government as uncaring and impersonal. Since our founding, our clients have total access to our availability, they are more than another number or claim to us; they are people. People who are anxious as they approach retirement age and wonder if they can survive on retirement benefits alone. People who through no fault of their own become disabled and can no longer work and contribute to the family support. We want you to know we will stand by your side from the beginning to the end “it’s our job to worry” not yours. So contact us for a free consultation, you won’t regret your decision.

Michael has more than 15 years of hands-on experience of working with Social Security as a Claims Representative. While working for the Social Security Administration Michael has taken thousands of retirement claims, survivor claims, disability claims, and Medicare claims. He has also worked on overpayments and other Post entitlement activities too numerous to count.

John has more than 40 years of hands-on Social Security Administration experience. He is aware of all the inner workings of the Social Security Administration and can put them to good use in solving your claim. He has held many positions inside the Social Security Administration including the position of Claims Representative, many management positions, as well as, the position of District Manager of the Pensacola Social Security Office. He was the Project Manager in Florida for SSA and was responsible in implementing the electronic folder process that is now use in all the Social Security offices and in all the disability determination units in Florida to process disability claims.

This knowledge that Michael and John have provides them with the unique ability and insight into processing your claim and/or other issues and ensures that the Social Security Administration processes your claim or issues accurately and timely.

With our 55 years plus our working for the Social Security Administration we are in the unique position of not only being able to help people that have been denied Social Security or Supplemental Security Income Disability, but we are able to help individuals who are having problems with any aspect of Social Security from knowing the right time to file for retirement and on who’s record, to Annual Earning Test, from insured status, to overpayment, basically any issue with Social Security. We do it all.
